Clear Vinyl Supplies

Every day we get asked "Do you carry any supplies? We do not carry any supplies as we specialize in marine vinyl and only marine vinyl. Nano Tape - Good for smaller lighter windows (10 Pound Limit). Heavy Duty Double Sided tape. This is a reusable tape that will come off easily at a later date. This is also a great option to make easy "air tight" removable windows. Keep in mind the weight of the vinyl will impact if this option will work for your project. The 20 Gauge clear vinyl weighs roughly 1.6 pounds per yard. The 30 Gauge Clear Vinyl weighs roughly 2.6 pounds per yard and the 40 Gauge clear vinyl weighs roughly 3.6 pounds per yard.

 

Heavy Duty Velcro - Good for smaller lighter windows (15 Pound Limit). Heavy Duty Velcro. This is a great way to seal a window to prevent drafts. In extremely warm temperatures the adhesive backing may not stick as well. This can also be sewn or stapled in place to ensure it won't peel off. The weight of the vinyl will impact your project. The 20 Gauge clear vinyl weighs roughly 1.6 pounds per yard. The 30 Gauge Clear Vinyl weighs roughly 2.6 pounds per yard and the 40 Gauge clear vinyl weighs roughly 3.6 pounds per yard.

 

Grommets - For people that want to install the product with grommets. Make sure you use stainless steel or brass grommets to prevent rust.  You can get all different sizes and quantities so find what will work best for your project. This is great for installing the clear vinyl with washers, screws and grommets.

 

Snaps & Snap Button Screw - You will need both the snaps and the screws if you plan on using snaps for your project. Keep in mind the vinyl can shrink 1-3% over time and the snaps may not perfectly line up over time. Saying that this is a great option for people that want a clean look without damaging the area by screwing and unscrewing screws every year.

 

Fastener Set - Make installing snaps and grommets easier with a fastener set. This works well with both snaps and grommets. Please make sure the set includes the grommet/snap sizes you choose as there are different sizes.

 

HH66 Vinyl Cement Glue  - Do you need to create a watertight seal between two panels? This is a great glue to join two panels together to make a larger one.

 

Clear Vinyl Cleaner 32oz and Clear Vinyl 1 Gallon Need to clean your clear vinyl? Dish soap and water will work, but we also recommend this clear vinyl cleaner.
