All of our products include $10 Flat shipping within the contiguous United States. We typically ship all items within 1-2 business day, but sometimes it may take 5-10 days to process orders. If an order will be delayed over 5 days for any reason we will do our best to inform our customers of such changes. We do our best to fill orders as fast as possible in the order received. We ship the majority of our products through FedEx, but we occasionally ship through UPS, USPS, or Main Freight as needed. Samples are sent via USPS first class mail. 1 Yard orders will come folded in a priority mail envelope via USPS. Larger rolls of fabric are shipped through FedEx Home/Ground Delivery. We don’t require a signature for delivery, but we can do so upon request. Please feel free to inquire with us about estimated shipping times of specific items before ordering. We will do our best to accommodate specific shipping requests.

You will receive an e-mail with the shipment tracking number when a label has been created for your shipment.
We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, but the flat $10 shipping does not apply. Please call for a shipping quote if you are in one of these areas. We may be able to ship to other countries upon request. We will not be responsible for the cost of any taxes, duties, customs charges etc. when shipping to a foreign country (including Canada). Our shipping charge covers only the cost of shipping the item.
If requested, we can expedite the shipping of an item. The expedited shipping costs will depend on the item itself, so please contact us and we can give detailed information depending on your situation!
Our items are shipped in either a heavy duty shipping bag or a box. Our fabric is durable, but caution should be used when opening the package as sharp objects like scissors could scratch or cut the fabric. Open the package with caution as to not damage your item.
When we do ship with UPS, we use UPS Carbon Neutral Shipping to minimize the environmental impact.
