Shipping Policy

 

SHIPPING   

We typically ship most orders within 1-2 business day(s). Depending on order volume or product processing availability on occasion it may take 3-7 days to fulfill an order. If an order will be delayed over 5 days for any reason we will do our best to inform our customers of such changes. 

Flooring - Please note our flooring is shipped from our warehouse in GA. Flooring orders may take 1-4 weeks to ship out. This item takes longer to process and ship due to its size and due to demand order processing can slow. Most orders are received in about 7-10 business days after shipping.

Expedited Shipment, Overnight or 2 Day service - Orders placed with expedited shipping services Monday thru Friday before12:00pm Noon CST will ship the same day. Contact our support team should you place an order after the deadline and you would like to request same day shipment. We will give every attempt to fulfill your request but we cannot guarantee any request will be met. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be shipped the following business day. 

We do our best to fill orders as fast as possible in the order received. We ship the majority of our products through FedEx, but we occasionally ship through UPS, USPS, or Main Freight as needed. Samples are sent via USPS first class mail. 1 Yard orders and scrap orders will also be shipped via USPS. USPS do seem to take longer than FedEx to receive. It is not uncommon for USPS orders to take 1-2 weeks to arrive. Larger rolls are shipped through FedEx Home/Ground Delivery or UPS Home/Ground. We don’t require a signature for delivery, but we can do so upon request. If the volume is high enough we may ship via freight. Please feel free to inquire with us about estimated shipping times of specific items before ordering.  We will do our best to accommodate specific shipping requests.

Here is a helpful map that provides estimated ship times for FedEx Ground shipments. These are based on average ship times and we can not guarantee packages will be delivered according to the chart below.

You will receive an e-mail with the shipment tracking number when a label has been created for your shipment.

We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and worldwide, but the price is usually more expensive. Please call for a shipping quote if you are in one of these areas.  We may be able to ship to other countries upon request.  We will not be responsible for the cost of any taxes, duties, customs charges etc. when shipping to a foreign country (including Canada). Again you may be subject to import taxes. Our shipping charge covers only the cost of shipping the item.  

Our items are shipped in a heavy duty shipping bag. Our fabric is durable, but caution should be used when opening the package as sharp objects like scissors could scratch or cut the fabric. Open the package with caution as to not damage your item.

When we do ship with UPS, we use UPS Carbon Neutral Shipping to minimize the environmental impact.
