Warehouse Associate

Role Overview

The Warehouse Associate ensures that all products are received, stored and shipped efficiently. This role is critical to keeping Marine Vinyl Fabric running smoothly by maintaining accurate inventory, timely order fulfillment, and a safe, organized warehouse. Responsibilities

  • Pull, package and ship orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and restock inventory and supplies
  • Accept, inspect and record incoming deliveries according to policy
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety in the warehouse
  • Follow all warehouse policies, procedures and safety guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to solve problems and improve processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Success Metrics

  • Achieve ≥ 99% order accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment
  • Demonstrate consistent teamwork and adherence to core values

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with inventory control systems
  • Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk or move for extended periods
  • Forklift certification preferred (if applicable)

Required Hours

This role is available as either full-time or part-time.

  • Full-time: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Part-time: Consistent weekday schedule to be determined based on availability and business needs
  • Occasional overtime & flexibility may be needed during busy periods

Production Specialist / Sewer

Role Overview

The Production Specialist / Sewer plays a key role in crafting high-quality products, including hidem, piping, and sample pieces, while supporting warehouse operations as needed. This position is part-time with opportunities to grow into a full-time role. We value team members who communicate openly, act with integrity, take accountability, show respect, and maintain momentum - if that sounds like you, you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities

  • Sew and assemble hidem, piping, and sample products according to specifications
  • Maintain quality standards and attention to detail in all production tasks
  • Assist with back-up warehouse duties and miscellaneous tasks, as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe production workspace
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and improve processes
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Meet quality and accuracy standards for all finished products
  • Complete assigned production tasks on schedule
  • Support warehouse operations efficiently when needed
  • Demonstrate consistent adherence to core values
  • Contribute to a safe, organized and productive workspace

Requirements

  • Experience with sewing, assembly or production work preferred
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency in finished products
  • Ability to multitask and support other areas as needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work collaboratively

Required Hours

  • Part-time: Consistent weekday schedule to be determined based on availability and business needs between business hours 7:00am - 3:30pm
  • Potential to grow into full-time based on performance and business needs
