FLAGSHIP RIPSTOP BOAT CANVAS
Boat covers work harder than almost any other outdoor fabric — they need to survive highway wind load while trailering, shed rain and UV at the dock, and still let the boat breathe so mold and mildew don't take hold underneath. We offer this in two weights: a premium 300D acrylic-coated canvas with a soft inner liner, and a 200D ripstop for lighter-duty budgets. The higher the denier, the stronger and more water-repellent the fabric, so we'd point most trailered boats toward the 300D.
WATERPROOF, YET BREATHABLE
A boat cover that's fully sealed against water is actually a problem, not a feature — trapped moisture underneath a non-breathable tarp is one of the most common causes of mold and mildew on stored boats. Both of our boat canvas weights are woven to stay waterproof on the outside while still allowing moisture to escape, which is the difference between a cover that protects your boat and one that slowly damages it.
TRAILERING COVERS
If your boat spends time on the highway between the water and storage, the 300D acrylic-coated canvas is built to handle it. It's heavy-duty enough to resist the wind load and road debris that come with trailering, while still being flexible enough to fit snugly over bow rails and console covers.
PONTOON & DECK BOAT COVERS
Wide-beam hulls like pontoons and deck boats need the same waterproof, breathable protection, just across more surface area. Both fabric weights scale well to these hull shapes — you'll simply want to account for the extra yardage a wider beam requires when planning your cover.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ'S)
Our premium 300D acrylic-coated boat cover fabric is fully waterproof while remaining breathable, which is important — a sealed, non-breathable cover traps moisture and leads to mold.
The higher the denier, the stronger and more water-repellent the fabric. 300D acrylic-coated is our premium option for heavy-duty and trailering use; 200D ripstop is the value option for lighter-duty storage covers.
Use a breathable fabric (not a fully sealed tarp) and make sure the cover is dry before storing. All boat covers should be waterproof yet breathable or vented to let moisture escape.
Yes — the same waterproof, breathable, mold-resistant properties work for pontoons, deck boats, and other wide-beam hulls, though you'll want extra yardage for the additional surface area.
Yes, the 300D acrylic-coated and ripstop constructions are both built heavy-duty enough for regular trailering, not just static storage.
