• Budget: Woven vinyl flooring and Marideck Flexa tend to be more expensive than marine carpeting and boat trailer carpet.

Installation difficulty varies depending on the type of flooring you choose.

• Woven vinyl flooring and Marideck Flexa Collection: This can be installed using our Outdoor Marine Boat Adhesive/Glue (available on our site). 
• Marine carpeting: Marine carpeting can be trickier to install due to the need for proper trimming and securing the edges.
• Boat trailer carpet: Trailer carpet is generally easier to install, often requiring only cutting and securing the edges.

Both woven vinyl and Marideck Flexa have textured surfaces that offer good slip resistance. Marine carpeting is also designed with slip resistance in mind. Boat trailer carpet may become slippery when wet, so be cautious when loading and unloading your boat.

All our boat flooring options are designed for easy cleaning. Woven vinyl and Marideck Flexa are generally low-maintenance, requiring just soap and water for most spills. Marine carpeting may require occasional deeper cleaning with specialized products. Boat trailer carpet is typically easy to clean with a hose and brush.
